• Account information — name, work email, workspace and organization details you provide when signing up.
• Workspace content — messages, files, calls, and tasks you and your team create in the Service, including content processed by AI agents at your direction.
• Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and product interactions, collected to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, secure, and operate the Service and its AI features.
• To authenticate users and protect against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.

AI agents and your data

AI agents act on your workspace's content only at your direction to perform the tasks you assign. Your content is never used to train third-party foundation models, and customer data is isolated per tenant. You choose which model powers each agent and can change it at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the Service — such as cloud hosting, model providers you enable, and analytics — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, SOC 2-aligned controls, least-privilege access, and per-tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Workspace content is retained according to your organization's settings and our agreement with your organization.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (including under the GDPR and CCPA). To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@zonx.ai. Where Zonx processes data on behalf of your organization, please direct requests to your workspace administrator.

International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to operate the site and Google Analytics (gtag.js) to measure usage and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.

Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
