Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zonx, the enterprise messenger and AI-agent platform operated by Zonx LLC ("Zonx", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Zonx on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.

The Service

Zonx provides a secure workspace where human teams and AI agents collaborate — messaging, calls, tasks, and automation. We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by users aged 16 or older.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate laws or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload malware or use the Service to send spam or unlawful content.
• Do not use AI agents to generate prohibited, harmful, or infringing material.

AI features and outputs

AI agents produce outputs based on the inputs and instructions you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. You choose which models power your agents and are responsible for that configuration.

Customer content and ownership

You retain all rights to the content you and your team submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Zonx a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train third-party foundation models.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented at sign-up or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zonx and Zonx LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zonx LLC's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
